A bilingual, certified team
We believe every parent—Korean-speaking families and English-speaking expat families alike—deserve an instructor who speaks their language and understands their needs.
Certified aquatics instructors
Every member of our team holds a professional certification in infant and toddler aquatics instruction. We stay current with best practices and new research.
CPR & lifeguard trained
Current CPR certification specific to infants and toddlers is non-negotiable. Every instructor renews annually and trains quarterly on emergency response.
Fluent in Korean & English
Communicate in the language you're most comfortable with. Our bilingual team makes sure nothing gets lost in translation—least of all your peace of mind.
Our teaching philosophy
We teach at your baby's pace. Every class is a conversation between instructor, parent, and child.
Consent-based, never forced
Your baby leads. We never push a child underwater or into a situation that frightens them. Comfort builds confidence—and confidence builds swimmers.
You're in the water, together
Parents stay in the pool with their baby every moment. You hold, support, and bond while our instructor guides the journey. This is about connection, not separation.
Small groups, focused attention
Maximum 4 babies per class means every family gets real time with the instructor. No rushing, no waiting—just your baby's pace.
Safety comes first
Trust is built on certainty. Here's exactly how we protect your baby at every class.
One certified instructor per tiny group. That means constant attention and zero corners cut.
Heated pools designed for infant comfort and safety. We test the water before every session.
Full first-aid kit and AED present at every class. Instructors trained in infant CPR quarterly.
Every instructor—no substitute instructors—holds current infant/toddler CPR and lifeguard certification. No exceptions, ever.
Meet the founder
Little Fins Seoul was born from one simple belief: parents shouldn't be afraid of water—and neither should babies.
Our story
Little Fins Seoul was founded by a certified infant swim instructor with years of experience teaching both Korean families and English-speaking expat families across Seoul. Watching anxious parents hold their breath as their baby entered the water sparked a mission: create a place where that worry melts into confidence.
Every decision we make—the class size, the water temperature, the bilingual instructors, the consent-based teaching—flows from that founding principle. Your baby deserves to feel safe. You deserve to feel certain. We're here to make both real.
We've been helping families fall in love with water since 2019.
